These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, products, platforms and licensed code provided by Airbyte Technologies Private Limited (“Airbyte”, “we”, “us”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of our services
You may use our services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You must not misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer (except as permitted by law), or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
2. Accounts
Where an account is required, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. Products, licenses & purchases
- Code, scripts and licenses purchased through our store are provided under the license terms shown at purchase.
- Unless stated otherwise, a license is for your own or your client’s use and may not be resold or redistributed.
- Prices, features and availability may change. Taxes apply as per Indian law (GST) where relevant.
4. Payments & refunds
Payments are processed by third-party gateways. Because digital products are delivered instantly, sales are generally final; refunds, if any, are handled case-by-case as described at purchase or on the store.
5. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, software and designs on this site and our platforms are owned by Airbyte or its licensors. Purchasing a license grants you the rights described in that license — not ownership of the underlying IP.
6. Service availability
We work hard to keep our platforms available and monitored 24×7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airbyte is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as IP and liability) will continue to apply.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
